If you want to become an active contributor to the LOA Festival by helping out before, during or after the festival, then sign up via the link below! You'll be asked a few simple questions and preferences so we can allocate you to the right team where you'll have most fun. Once allocated, we'll reach out to you to confirm your tasks and schedule.
Volunteering can be a lot of fun when doing so with friends and family - so do not hesitate to share the volunteering sign up link with your loved ones! But do not worry, even those coming on their own will have plenty of fun by meeting new people!
We appreciate every help we can get from you - which is why we want to show you our appreciation through various rewards. Luxtram in partnership with Luxembourg Open Air have made a generous effort to enable late trams during the whole Luxembourg Open Air Festival weekend.
LOA Festival visitors will be able to catch late trams to the city center or financial center all night long until early in the morning. The tram stop is just a few meters away from the festival site and runs frequently during the day as usual.
We encourage everyone to use public transport as much as possible in order to limit the environmental impact personal transportation has. Moreover, coming by public transport means you do not need to worry about parking spots and can enjoy a drink or two with your loved ones.

LOA 2020 has been postponed due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. In order to guarantee the health and safety of the visitors, artists and staff at the LOA Festival we have therefore decided to postpone the LOA Festival to the 24th and 25th April 2021.
The new date is Saturday, 24 April 2021 and Sunday 25 April 2021.
Yes, of course! All the already purchased tickets will remain valid for LOA on the 24 and 25 April 2021. If you’re joining us in April 2021, then you are all set! You will receive the new tickets per mail on 1 August 2020.
Yes, it will! All DJs that were confirmed for LOA 2020 will also perform in April 2021!
No, absolutely not! Visitors will have the same LOA experience they were supposed to have in September 2020. Same Line-Up, same amenities, same experience!
If you have already purchased tickets for LOA but won’t be able to attend the edition in April 2021 you can simply change the name on the ticket. This gives you the option of giving the tickets to a friend or reselling them.
Simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating the booking reference number, old name and new name. The LOA Support Team will then send you the new tickets! It’s as easy as that! Important: Please note that only the purchaser of the original tickets can send the request per mail. We need to make sure it’s actually you!
No of course not, there won’t be any fees or extra charges whatsoever!
If LOA in April needs to be postponed due to COVID-19, your tickets will stay valid for the next LOA edition that will be held within a one-year period. The associated procedures for selling your ticket & attributing a new name to it will be published in case the festival needs to be postponed. However, we cross our fingers and feel confident that we can finally host LOA in April!
If you have bought group tickets, you will be able to change individual names on the tickets. The same process applied as for the regular name-change. Send an email to email@example.com stating the booking reference number, old name and new name. The LOA Support Team will then send you the new tickets! Important: Please note that only the person who’s email address was used to create the group can send the request per mail. We need to make sure it’s actually you!
No, we do not offer a refund for the tickets. You do however have the option to change the names on the tickets until 31.12.2020.
You have until 31.12.2020 to request a name-change for your LOA tickets!
Tickets are indeed limited due to the fact that the LOA festival site has a defined maximum capacity that the LOA organisers have to comply with. We will inform the public as soon as certain ticket categories are sold out of course.
In case we are not sold out beforehand, we will have tickets available on site. We will inform the public via our website and social media beforehand.
Yes! Luxembourg Open Air can be enjoyed for free by everyone aged 60+ (born before 24/04/1961, meaning 60 included and older) as well as children aged 15 included and less (born after 24/04/2005, must be accompanied by an adult).
